Our programs are carried out in a natural pool in the sea at oceandventures Punta cana; there are 3 beautiful saltwater lagoons with the necessary environment for the conservation and care of our Dolphins, as well as being ideal for children to feel in a more comfortable to enjoy our programs.

Your companions can be present while you do your program at no cost. We have a particular area for them. The only regulation is that they cannot pass with photographic, video, or cell phones. When buying your program and reserving your transportation, you must include your companions, who have an additional charge of $20.00 USD per person.

We do not have a towel service at the moment, so it is necessary that you bring your own.

We have free lockers where you can leave your belongings safely and reliably since we have the latest technology locks.

• Children taller than 1.40 m may participate alone in any program by paying the adult rate. Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, may participate alone in the Encounter program.
• To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
• To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by two paying adults.
• Children less than 1m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter program activities regardless of the program they participate in (vest adjustment required).

• Royal Swim: Foot Push, Dorsal Tow, Handshake, Kiss, Hand target, Hug.
• Swim Adventure: Belly Ride, Boogie push, Hug, Hand target, Handshake, Kiss.
• Dolphin Encounter: Hand target, kiss, handshake, as well as information about the behavior and physiognomy of Dolphins.

• Royal Swim: 10-12 people maximum.
• Swim Adventure: 12-15 people maximum.
• Dolphin Encounter: 15-20 people maximum.

We recommend that you show up at least 45 minutes at ocean adventures punta cana before your scheduled time since you will have to check-in and receive a small induction.

The Dolphins received a specifically balanced diet according to their age, activity, and development, so feeding the Dolphins in any other way is not allowed as this could affect their health.

We do not have this service; our programs are educational and interactive. However, we invite you to participate in one of our programs; you can review the security policies section for more information on the participation of people with disabilities.

This service can be requested with local transport services already at the destination.

Life jackets are mandatory in all water programs; our staff will provide you with the vest that best suits your complexion; we have vests available in different sizes and for ages from one year onwards.

People with disabilities may participate in the programs; for this they must request a format via email to info@dolphindiscovery.com; in this format the type of special attention they require will be specified and based on this information we will be able to determine which program is best for you and how many people will need to attend you.

For security reasons, cameras in the water are not allowed, and professional photographs will be available for sale.

It is possible to reschedule as long as it is planned at least 24 hours before and is subject to availability.

Yes, as long as it is at least 4 days before your scheduled swim date. Cancellations less than 4 days in advance do not apply for any refund. The refund will be made if the cancellation is made 5 days or before the scheduled date; there are 10% of the total bank charges.

Our programs continue even in the rain, so there are no cancellations or refunds in these cases.

If you have already done your swim with Dolphins and want to buy your package of individual photos, you can purchase them by going to the photography area.

Individual photographs can be purchased up to 15 days after your swim with Dolphins and will be available to buy on the website.

The information you need to acquire your photo package is the reservation ID, day of activity, time, and location where you did your swim with Dolphins.

The photography team advisor who assisted you will give you an assigned code so you can download your photos; remember that the download code is unique.

If you have difficulties or errors downloading individual photos, you can contact the photography team via email: photomemories@dolphindiscovery.com

Once you have done the swim with the Dolphins, remember to go to the photography area to receive your unique download code.

The photographs will be available 48 hours after your experience with Dolphins.

Yes, it has an extra cost because the package of individual photos you purchased is per paid adult or minor. If you want to buy it, you can do it directly in the photography area in Habitat.

For security reasons, cameras or electronic devices in the water are prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.

Remember that when you buy your individual photo package in advance of your swim with Dolphins you will receive a special price when booking on our website; in the same way, the price may vary depending on the number of individual photo packages you select.
